COST 

Please note:

Lighting and Sound Systems are included in the price.

The price we quote is for a maximum of four hours performance time with a break in between. Included is one hour prior to the start of the performance time for unloading, parking, setting up and sound check also thirty minutes take-down at the end of the performance.                       We can set up faster if access to the performance area is clear.

We can be flexible with times but please remember our quote is based on the information you give us at the time of your enquiry. 

Example A: 

You may want the band to play from 7.00pm. and finish at 11.00pm

Arrive and set-up 6.00pm-7.00pm. 

Play 7.00pm-8.30pm.

Break 8.30pm-9.00pm.

Play 9.00pm-11.00pm

Take-down 11.pm-1130pm.

 

Example B:

You may want the band to play from 8.00pm. and finish at 12.00pm

Arrive and set-up 7.00pm-8.00pm. 

Play 8.00pm-9.30pm.

Break 9.30pm-10.00pm.

Play 10.30pm-12.00pm

Take-down and loading vehicle 12.am-12.30am.

 

If an early-set up or a late take-down or continued performance time is required an extra charge may be applicable. Please give us details of times when asking for a quote.

Our price is based on The Time On Site. There are no discounts for short performance times
              

EARLY SET-UP

Example:

The organizers may not want the band to play until 8.00pm. But don’t want them setting up whilst the guest are arriving, eating or during speeches. If the band needs to be set-up by 3.00p.m.

An early set up would be needed, which would incur an extra cost.

Why go Pro?

If you travel to a West End theatre you would expect to see a very professional show.                You don't  have to, you could go to a local village hall and see a community or school   production of a similar show. It would be you choice.
