COST
Please note:
The Band, Caller, Lighting, Sound Systems, Public Liability insurance and Electrical PAT test are included in the price.
In major cities parking can be very expensive. Please let us know of any parking restrictions/cost.
The price we quote is for a maximum of four hours performance time with a break in between. Included is one hour prior to the start of the performance time for unloading, parking, setting up, and sound check. See F.A.Qs. We allow thirty minutes take-down at the end of the performance. The band can set up faster if access to the performance area is clear from all obstructions.
We can be flexible with times but please remember our quote is based on the information you give us at the time of your enquiry.
Example A:
You may want the band to play from 7.00pm. and finish at 11.00pm
Arrive and set-up 6.00pm-7.00pm.
Play 7.00pm-8.30pm.
Break 8.30pm-9.00pm.
Play 9.00pm-11.00pm
Take-down 11.pm-1130pm.
Example B:
You may want the band to play from 8.00pm. and finish at 12.00pm
Arrive and set-up 7.00pm-8.00pm.
Play 8.00pm-9.30pm.
Break 9.30pm-10.00pm.
Play 10.30pm-12.00pm
Take-down and loading vehicle 12.am-12.30am.
If you require a performance time past 12.00am. An extra charge may be added.
Please give the accurate information when requesting a quote.
If an early-set up or a late take-down or continued performance time is
required an extra charge may be applicable. Please give us details of times when asking for a quote.
Our
price is based on The Time On Site. There are no discounts for short performance times.
EARLY SET-UP
Example:
The organizers may not want the band to play until 8.00pm. But don’t want them setting up whilst the guests are arriving, eating or during speeches. If the band needs to be set-up by 3.00p.m. An early set up would be needed, which would incur an extra cost.
